Nature has provided our body with proper regulators and protectors. These are known as endocrine (ductless) glands. Proper working of these glands can be easily understood.

Pineal Gland

This gland act as a manager of all the glands, regulates water balance, control cerebrospinal fluid and sex desire and stimulate growth of nerves.

Pituitary G

This gland controls temperature regulation, lungs land:-

It is like a king of all the glands and we may call it a master gland of the body. It controls air and space growth of body and brain power.  It also control the memory.

Thyroid/Parathyroid Gland

This also governs energy production through calcium.

Adrenal and Pancreas

Controls fire and production of digestive juices.  Regulates blood and sugar level. Controls stress, activeness and character building. This gland also control Sodium and water balance.

Solar Plexus

It controls Apan Vayu and so movement of stools and urine. And also controls all organs below diaphragm.

Sex/Gonads

This gland controls water and phosphorus content and also produces sex hormones.

Lymphatic Gland

This gland stops formation of pus and prevents germs in the body.

The main functions of endocrine glands are to maintain the metabolism, control of five basic elements of the body, to regulate the functions of all the organs and brain and to adjust the body against changing environment and thus protect it against any illness.

From my experience, I have found that even psychological problems are connected with one or the other endocrine gland and the acupressure treatment of the same has given wonderful results.

I will again repeat that it is only acupressure which shows the proper way to control these vital glands in the easiest way.
